CharList release 5.16.99

This is a simple program that will output a list of characters and their
respective filenames to an output file called "!char!.lst"  You can view
the file and keep track of what character is where.

The coding for this is taken directly from my Ego Editor program (well,
with a few changes) at the suggestion of Suzanne M. Ferree.  She thought
it would be cool to have a program that does what this one does.  I told
her I'd write one for her and I then realized that this could be useful
for others as well.

Anyhow, should you discover any errors or have any suggestions for future
improvement, holler and I'll see about enacting it.

Changes since release 3.3.99:
 1. I had misnamed the different pointers of characters, this is now fixed.
 2. It's possible to run the program once and gather the information from the
    subdirectory "SAVE" found within the main DSN folder.
